1. Eyal is currently very busy, so generally I am now in charge until he decides to return. What it means, well basically all of the designs in the group were Eyals doing, so I can not promise to fill his shoes there, but I can ensure you I'll do my best to do so.

2. Also I am responsible for gallery managing (in anyway), so there would be no change, and now for the feature journals, as well. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.

3. I might update the rules soon, so it will be clearer of what we accept and what not, since recently I had to decline some nice works of very skilled artists, just because of the works representations, and that makes me sad. Maybe I even make a tutorial of editing traditional art in Photoshop, since I am good in it. So stay tuned.


And now, for the INTERESTING news: As we try to do it every year, I've decided to hold this contest this year as well, despite the fact I will not have help in this from Eyal, and it will be very difficult... But we manage.

DATES: You have 3 weeks to do so, starting today! Posting possible from 1.03.2015 till 21.03.2015.

JUDGING: After we will have a full list of works we will start a voting through a journal system. (Unless a subscriber will volunteer himself/herself for the poll making).
I might be judging at different times, if I see that, I have difficulty to arrange proper voting, or there are way too many works, I will probably eliminate to a reasonable voting number (20 or 30, depends on how many you send).

PRIZES: At the end of the contest the 10 winners will be featured in a special journal all year long in the group, on my DA page for a month and in the DA forums.

כמו כן, אני אחראית על סידור וניהול הגלריה ועל הבחירה בעבודות הנהדרות שמוצגות כל חודש בקבוצה - אבל כאן אין שום שינוי. מה שכן, מעתה והלאה אני אחראית על פרסום העבודות בג'ורנל כל חודש. תרגישו חופשי לפנות אלי בכל שאלה או בקשה שהיא בנושאי הגלריה בפרט וכל נושא שהוא בכלל. י

אני עשויה לעדכן את חוקי הקבוצה בקרוב בהקשר של מה אנחנו מקבלים ומה לא, כי לצערי יצא לי לדחות כמה עבודות יפות של אמנים/ות נהדרים/ות רק בגלל שדרך ההצגה שלהן הייתה בעייתית. וזה ממש חבל. אני שוקלת לעשות תרגיל הנחיה של פוטושופ לעריכה של צילום של עבודה שנעשתה באמנות מסורתית. אז שימו לב לעדכונים בנושא. י


ועכשיו לשלב המעניין! כמו שאנחנו משתדלים לעשות בכל שנה, החלטתי להריץ את התחרות גם השנה, למרות שכל הניהול שלה נופל עלי לבד, ויהיה לי קצת קשה ללא עזרתו של אייל. אבל אנחנו נסתדר. י

שיפוט
אחרי שתהיה לנו רשימה מלאה של עבודות שנשלחו לתחרות נתחיל בשיפוט על ידי שיטת הצבעה בג'ורנלס. (אלא אם כן יש מישהו מבינכם שמנוי, שמוכן לארח את הסקרים). ייתכן ואתערב בהצבעה, אם אראה שהשיטה לא עובדת, או שיהיו לנו יותר מ- 20-30 עבודות, אצמצם את הכמות, עד להצבעה. זה תלוי בכמה תשלחו. י

פרסים
בסוף התחרות, 10 העבודות הזוכות יהיו מוצגות בג'ורנל מיוחד, שיוצג בקבוצה במשך כל השנה, בעמוד שלי בדויאנטארט למשך חודש ובפורומים של דויאנטארט. אם יש מישהו/י מכם/ן שהיו רוצים/ות לתרום פרסים נוספים לזוכים, דברו איתי בפרטי בנוטס, תודה! י
